Rubber Welding Cable Structure:

Conductor:Class 6 – extra flexible plain copper conductors to BS EN 60228:2005 (previously BS6360) flexible class 5 for 120mm2 and above；Separator:PETP (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Insulation:EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber); Sheath:CSP (Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene) – BS638;Sheath Colour:Orange, yellow or black Voltage Rating:100V (450V for non-welding applications if protected frommechanical damage) Temperature Rating：85°C-20°C Minimum Bending RadiusFixed: 6 x Ø

Rubber Welding Cable Descripiton:

H01N2-D is a harmonized, flexible, rubber welding cable specially designed for transmitting high currents between the welding generator and the electrode. Its flexibility makes using the welding tool easier and also prevents knots from forming in the cable that could cause the internal conductor to break. It can also be used in automatic welding and machine tools, conveyor systems and production or assembly lines, for example in automobile assembly lines.

Application range: ·Application standard for H01N2-D: HD 516/VDE 0298-300 ·For transmitting high currents from the electric welding device to the welding tool

·Use the welding cable only under consideration of HD 516/VDE 0298-300 ·Can be used in dry or damp rooms
